The article reminds me of some wonderful (perhaps slightly drunken) arguments in the Old Club at Swarthmore with, among others — Mike Dorf, Tim Moore, Martha Hirschfield, Ben Alpers, Peter Klipstein, Phil Weiser, John Gastil, Ray Vasvari, Randy Cohen, Evan Williams, Elizabeth Cohen, Martha Vail, and many others. This group is still connected through Facebook, though I should say that the conversations (about subjects other than kids) tend to be a little more serious than they were on those wonderful evenings.
